Tabitha Erbe, M. Ed., brings 12 years of experience as an educator to her role as a School Training Specialist. She has worked to support students and educators in the high school setting and in brick-and-mortar, hybrid, and online districts. Spanning roles from classroom teacher to Behavioral Intervention Specialist, MTSS implementation, and Resource, Tabitha brings an understanding for how Executive Functioning skills support student success behaviorally and academically. EF teaching, modeling, and support encourage a growth mindset in the whole student–and the whole student is the “heart” of Tabitha’s journey in EF coaching and beyond.

When not coaching for EF, Tabitha is on the field coaching Pee-Wee Flag Football or at the beach providing water therapy to neurodivergent surfers with her family.
